We offer Complimentary Shipping within Canada and the USA.
We ship to most destinations internationally.
We lovingly produce all of our blends in Vancouver, Canada. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days shipping time within Canada & 2-15 business days to USA.
Delays in delivery to the USA may be due to US Customs inspection, irrespective of shipping method chosen. This delay may be longer than 15 days.
15-20 days is the expected delivery time to non-Canadian & USA destinations with regular shipping. However, shipping time may be delayed due to international customs inspection which may extend beyond 20 days.
We ship via Canadapost, USPS, or FedEx. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Ryz Rémi is not responsible for delays incurred due to international customs nor any additional fees you may incur.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our skincare products, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction. We urge you to purchase a sample first if you are unsure if one of our products is suitable to your needs.
For damage during shipping, our return policy lasts 15 days. If you contact us after 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to its destination--we can’t offer you an exchange for a new item due to damage during shipping.
In most cases we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information and to see if the current situation qualifies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for exchange.
If you are approved for an exchange, then your order will be processed, and a new item will be sent to you.
Otherwise, if you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will reimburse your for shipping charges within three days upon receipt of these charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

In the case of returned items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please contact us before you purchase shipping services to await more detailed instructions. If you receive a refund, the cost you paid for return shipping will be added to your refund. If the cost you paid for return shipping is not immediately added to your refund, you will be reimbursed through other mutually agreed upon methods within 90 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
